About R.E.W

I am author, artist, history buff, wishing to share these three passions of mine with anyone who cares to read this blog. The main drive between these three deep interests of mine is imagination.

History isn't just people and events in a dusty book. Writing isn't just words in a tome. Art isn't just random images in a photograph, sketch or painting. I'll give you examples of what they really are.

I’ve been sketching. And writing. And scanning. And counting down the days till Christmas. And much more that I won’t describe here. But here I mean to post several sketches of my Intertwined Destinies. I finished Intertwined Destinies early this year and excited by how it all finished up. It does have touches of fantasy (not literally) but I concluded the story based off my own imagination rather than on reality. So, behold the sketches:

Diana Wayland, my beautiful heroine–a maiden of spirit, powerful emotions, and independent personality. I so enjoy drawing her!!!

Here you see Diana and Julian Quentin at a fete which takes place in the story (Choteau’s Ball). [see post Characters aren’t just ‘figments of the imagination’]

The end of my book, when my two MCs at last come together–yes, they do get married–what can I say? . . . I like happy endings :)

Well, must depart now! More to come . . .
